Training Program

“Navy Seal Bootcamp Fitness” - This pre-BUD/S 6 week training program is the most authentic boot-camp fitness program of its kind in the NYC area. Aquaman Training (Navy Seal Bootcamp Fitness) is perfect for cross training, preparing for mud runs and endurance races or for simply getting in shape.

Aquaman Training is the total body strength and conditioning program that enhances endurance. It challenges your mental while pushing your fitness boundaries. So if you think you know what type of boot-camp fitness this is….Guess Again!

Aquaman Training offers 6 week training programs, which will be held Mon-Wed 5:15-6:30am, Thursday nights after dusk and Saturday mornings 8-10am.


We also offers same day Navy SEAL style "Missions" (which are 2 hour sprint workouts). These workouts are set up in an authentic Navy SEAL style mission format. All you do is show up, team up (swim buddy style), receive your orders and attempt to complete your "Mission" in the allotted amount of time. Successfully completing the "Mission" is entirely up to you! Also, keep in mind "it pays to be a winner!"
